3 Ramadhan 1434 Hijri – Late Meeting

There was 2 meeting scheduled; 1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon, but the 1st meeting was rescheduled, just after dropping off my wife. Guess that’s the end of my plan to stay in KK for the rest of the day.

Later in the afternoon, about 3:40pm or so we had another meeting; was originally scheduled at 3:00pm but we had something to be done at the office before leaving at 2:20pm. Did you know it would take me 45 minutes driving if there’s no slow traffic?

Of course you have to understand, driving in KK at about 3pm in fasting month would be a suicide. KK-ite are getting richer, if you look at the numbers of cars on the road. One of these days I might get myself a motorbike. Anyway, I picked up my boss at home and went to the meeting in my car. Car pooling, nobody does that anymore, I think.

So we finished our meeting at about 4:35pm and reached my boss’ home at about 5:30pm. That long to get from Sembulan back to Putatan. I heard there’s going to be a new flyover at Putatan Traffic Light Intersection, from the meeting we had just now. So more traffic jam for few more years, 2 years I would expect.

Driving to fetch my wife would be easier, less traffic coming into KK. Since there’s no way I’m driving back reaching home before sungkai, we decided to sungkai at Old Town White Coffee, and these are what we’re having;

2013-07-12 18.44.16Nasi Lemak with all in, well almost all in, Sirap Nyonya. OK I just made that up, I know it’s rose syrup with selasih and nata-de-coco;

2013-07-12 18.51.57Tom Yam noodle, and;

2013-07-12 18.52.11Ais Batu Campur!

Still trying to figure out why I can’t post from iOS.
